For All Veterans
Enrollment in the VA Health Care System is required:
Step 1 - Register at the Admissions desk in Dallas or call 214-857-1340
Step 2 - When you register, ask for an appointment with a Primary Care Provider
Step 3 - When you see your Primary Care Provider, ask for a referral to Body Care Boutique or (for Women - to the Women Veterans Health Clinic).
Process for VA shopping at Body Care Boutique, Inc.
Step 1: Have your doctor write a prescription for the items you need and he/she will send it to the VA for approval.
Step 2: Contact me at 972-567-2155 or email me at ppage@bodycareboutique.com to set up an appointment. At this point I contact the VA to receive pre-approval for the items.
Step 3: Arrive for your shopping appointment. Please have your VA id card with you.
Items that are not pre-approved can also be purchased at the time of your appointment. I look forward to meeting you!
Men
Although I predominately carry women's items in stock, I am able to help provide you with items approved by the VA. Examples of items provided to men in the past are compression vests, compression socks, and arm sleeves, to name a few. So if there are garments or items that the VA doesn't supply in-house, feel free to contact me! I am able to mail most items for your convenience, so if you are unable to find your item near you, please ask the VA to contact me to help you.
